How we build.

We're not a marketing agency and we're not a passive investor. We operate every brand we start, and the process is repeatable.

    Market research & white-space identification

    We continuously map the women's beauty market — category size, incumbents, price ladders, retention curves, and consumer sentiment. A brand only moves forward when the gap is real, defensible, and reachable with paid acquisition.

    Product development & formulation sourcing

    We work with a shortlist of vetted contract manufacturers across skincare, haircare, and color. Formulations are benchmarked against category leaders, iterated on with a panel, and locked to margin targets before packaging tools.

    Brand identity creation

    Naming, visual identity, packaging system, and voice are built in-house alongside the product. The brand exists because of the product thesis, not on top of it.

    Ecommerce build-out

    A conversion-first Shopify stack, subscription and quiz infrastructure where they earn their keep, and analytics wired end-to-end from ad impression to LTV cohort.

  5. 05

    Launch & paid acquisition

    Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and creator seeding go live together. Creative volume is treated as a first-class input, not an afterthought.

  6. 06

    Scaling & retention

    Once unit economics are proven, we compound: assortment expansion, retention infrastructure, and channel diversification into Amazon and select retail. Each brand gets a dedicated operating team.
